With more than a decade in the insurance industry, Josh Turpin has worked in both captive and independent markets, building experience across commercial and personal lines. He began his career with Federated Mutual in Owatonna, Minnesota, before joining Hometown Insurance as a producer and ultimately becoming owner of the agency in 2021. Throughout that journey, he has stayed grounded in the same core values: integrity, hard work, and always doing right by clients and agents.
